Banana Coconut Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 overripe banana, crushed
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add coconut oil, egg and banana. Mix until smooth. Cook on griddle

Thanks for the wonderful recipe,i tried the coconut chiken curry and it was really mouth watering.I love it so much and now its part of my MENU.

I have been a big fan of coconut oil for a few years now, and it is exciting to see an LDS source for the good stuff!
